Do you have a room for rent? Do you need a housemate? Do you have any friends looking for someone to move in?

One of my best friends needs a place to stay in Los Angeles and she can only pay about 4 or 500 a month. She will be able to pay up front & can move in right away. She does a lot of modeling jobs & will be working at night so she wont be home much. Even when she is home she is very clean & keeps to herself.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be able to give her a room. You can message me or call me if you know my number.

She is in San Diego right now & I'm going down this weekend so I might be bringing her back up here Sunday night if she can find a place to live.

Tomorrow night is my last night in town. I have a big party planned.. no drinking but lots of food, music & movies. I'm moving back to LA on Saturday & my birthday is 4 days later. So since I won't be here, I'm having a birthday/going away party that all my San Diego friends can come to. I REALLY hope that all of you who are able are going to do your best to come. I've definitely made my attempts to make everyone aware of this, so if you don't give it a second thought or try to come, then SEE YA! Or not, literally, hah.

Long entry time..

First of all, I hope all my San Diego friends will be able to make it to my going away/early birthday party happening on the evening of Friday, May 30th.

I am officially moving to Downey on the 31st and my birthday is on June 4th. I'm turning 23, but I don't want to. I hate odd numbers, especially when the advancement has no significant meaning. Even 19 was better than this, because you knew that a year later you would no longer be a teen.

23 is so odd and unbalanced and doesn't make you any more special than you were at age 22. I prefer 22, but can't wait till I'm 24. 4 is my favorite number, & I love even numbers. 24 just seems like such a prime age. I'm gonna be one of those ladies who tells people I'm 24 till the day I die.

As of now, I'm just gonna tell people I'm 22 + 1 or almost 24, ahaha. Or at least I say that now.. but I'll probably get over that silliness soon.

I have been packing like crazy, so pretty much everything in my room is in boxes besides my tv, some clothes, my computer, & a few dvd's. This weekend I am taking a load in my car up to Downey to unpack some things there. Chris is already settling in but my previous load of boxes is blocking the closet.

On Sunday, my brother is taking a load up in his truck of all the large furniture I will need; My bed frame, desk, large shelves, Oona's crib, her dressers, etc. This is his Mother's Day gift to me. It's awesome considering it's free help and I won't have to get a Uhaul. Not to mention I'm a tiny little person (aside from my height) & have a bad back. Lifting is not my thing. Even the boxes I have packed are all tiny. This reduces the weight I have to carry with each load.

If I have Memorial Day off, I'm planning on staying in Downey to settle in some more and spend some time with Chris.. Although we will be living together soon, I haven't been able to spend any time with him for the last few weeks, besides sleeping next to him for the 2 nights surrounding the Tokio Hotel show.

OH! Speaking of.. That show was so amazing & fun and despite spending over 70 or 80 dollars for the whole trip & ticket & whatnot, it was definitely worth it. I was worried on Monday or Tuesday that I would have no one to go with and that I would be out $45 for the extra ticket I purchased. I originally planned to go with my friend Catherine, because she was the person who told me about Tokio Hotel and sparked my interest in them. She ended up getting very sick less than 2 days before the show!

Soo, I asked around on Myspace and among friends to see if anyone wanted to buy my 2nd ticket and go with me that night. A few different people agreed but ended up having something happen that prevented them from coming. It was so nerve wrecking! But it worked out for the best because I ended up going with this girl Chelsea, whom I've known on Myspace for quite sometime but had not yet met her. She is totally cute & sweet & way into astrology. It's really entertaining. She took care of me the whole night; Pushed me through tweenies, let me sing my heart out, bought me a ringpop.. We got along swimmingly! I'm really looking forward to hanging out with her tons once I'm all moved in. She only lives about 15-20 minutes away from my new place.

I'm also looking forward to hanging out with Marissa, all her friends, Klariza, Mary.. & definitely all my old friends from when I lived in Los Angeles previously. Especially Kristen, Heather, Jessica, Asia & Hannah.

It will be weird transitioning back to having a lot of great friends as opposed to just one or two IMMACULATE friends.. Since Rudi will be so far away for the next couple of years. It's going to be so sad not having her close by. Oona is going to miss her so much.

She came over this weekend to hang out & it was so cute watching her play with Oona. She got really excited when I had her sign the official paperwork declaring her "Oona's Godmother." Now that I think of it, I probably should have done something cute for her on Mother's Day since she is technically a GODmother now. So yah, Happy Belated Mother's Day, Rudi!!!! Arooroorooroo!! :]

Haha, I'm a nerd.. sigh. So let's see, what else? I've been job hunting like crazy. Trying to find a job to replace ProFlowers is ridiculous. I really wish there were a way for me to stay with this company. I, as well as so many of my managers and coworkers, tried really hard to explore all possibilities. Homebound e-mail agent, Homebount customer service agent with WEST and also with LiveOps.. (our outsourcing companies)

I actually applied for a core (permanent) position with ProFlowers a couple months back, because I had no idea how soon I would actually be moving. However, due to the seriously busy Mother's Day season & all the new hires, they didn't get around to actually offering me the position until about 10 days ago. What!?!? Ugh.. I waited a year & a half for this opportunity & now that I'm MOVING, they want to offer me the spot. I was so upset. I had to decline because I knew I would be leaving in a little over 2 weeks. It was depressing seeing the mass e-mail sent out congratulating all my other previously temporary co-workers for their promotion to their core positions.

As of now, I'm hoping to still work in customer service, instead of having to settle for some local retail store that would pay me less than $10 an hour. Not to mention my inability to stand for long periods of time without intense pain in my back, due to my scholiosis & extra vertibrae in my neck. It's shitty, so majority of my life is spent sitting or laying down. Walking is usually fine, but being stationary while standing doesn't work so well for me.

Hopefully, I'll be able to get a homebound customer service or data entry job soon. It would be awesome to stay home, save gas money & have more time to spend with Oona. As of now, I'm pretty much only going to see her Thursday nights - Saturday afternoons. This is because mom in San Diego will be watching her Saturday - Tuesday & her other Grandma in Santa Monica will take her from Tuesday night - Thursday. This will ensure that Oona is taken care of & I will for sure have a set time to be able to work.

Despite all the technicalities & things that need to be figured out, I'm really looking forward to moving. Not moving, but being with Chris all the time. He's the love of my life. I can' think of anything better to do with my life right now. He's so great with Oona & she loves him immensely. She always asks about him when he is not around & favors him over me when he is. It's adorable, even though I get rejected for hugs & kisses, lol.

On the official move-in date, the 31st, I'm dropping Oona off with her other Grandma in Santa Monica to spend some time with her. She's going to take her to see Sesame Street Live and also the Zoo. She will be watching her till that Wednesday, which is my birthday. Chris is taking me to Disneyland, which I'm incredibly excited about.

Even though he & I have gone to Disneyland numerous times since we got our passes, we've never been able to go for the whole day by ourselves. Not to mention it's going to be during the week so hopefully it won't be as busy. I have a feeling this will be my best birthday yet.

I have other things I could mention in this entry, but I'd rather keep it on the positive note it's holding now. I'll leave you with some photography photos as well as some personal hang out photos I've taken in the past few months :]

Freckles..

I have them, although they are rarely seen. I've literally considered getting my freckles darkened by getting them tattooed. Weird, I know! But I love freckles.

But at the same time, something my best friend told me makes me like them just the way they are.. She said,

"Your freckles are the kind that you have to be really up close to see so only the people you let that close to you can appreciate them."

First of all, I'm moving back to LA by the end of next month. So expect to see me lots more often. I will be available for both shoots (modeling & doing photography) & doing hair.

Secondly, Tokio Hotel is playing at the Avalon in Hollywood on May 13th (Tuesday) which is 11 days away. I want to go soo bad but buying 1 ticket on ticketmaster would be like 50 bucks. Does anyone know if you can buy a ticket at the avalon box office beforehand to save money? And could anyone do that for me? I could pay you for it, I just reeeeeeally wanna go.

Also, would there be anyone who would like to go WITH me? CATHERINE! ahahah.

Seriously, I love TH so I would really like to go. Let me know if you can help out with my birthday wish! (Even though my birthday is a month away lol<3)

PHOTOGRAPHERS!

What kind of camera do you use? What would you recommend for high megapixel but low price? What is your opinion on Nikon Vs. Canon?

I've always been into Canon point & shoot cameras but am looking into SLR's. Doing lots of research but would like to hear directly from photographers more directly.

2 guage spirals. Yes, opposing colors each ear.

1- 16g 7/16 CBR
2- 14g 1/2 CBR
3- 16g 7/16 horseshoe
4- 14g 1/2 horseshoe
5- Same as 4, just larger balls
6- 16g 5/8 horseshoe
All externally threaded bars.

1- 1/2 barbell
2 & 3- 9/16 barbell
All externally threaded bars.

1- 10g barbell, purple ends
2- 8g barbell
3- 6g barbell w/ glowstick on end (don't ask why I have this)
4- 14g barbell with the same idea, could switch the glowstick to sell w/ this

3/4 blue clay spirals. One has a small crack in it but has never been irritating. These are cheap. Best used by someone who removes & cleans their jewelry regularly.

1/2 barbell with flatback base. Externally threaded bar. I don't know why I have this, but it's specialty?

1- 5/8 acrylic black with white spiral, small flare, still 5/8 range
2- 3/4 clear green acrylic, no flare
3- 00 blue spiral
These are all singles, but good if you have singles yourself of these same sizes & don't care much for matching. Very cheap!

All 5/8 acrylic. Middle is cracked but smooth on outside. Sell all together in case you want to do the uncracked clear one with the solid black. I used to do this.

5/8 glass with 11/16 flare. Deep teal glitter foil in back. great quality. I LOVED these. Unfortunately I grew out of them.

3/8 barbell with rounded flatback & push in diamond. 5/16 length also shown.

5/8 stainless steel tunnels. 3/4 double flare.

7/8 silicone glitter pink flesh tunnels. These are NOT for stretching. Good for someone who is already at 7/8.

14g 5/8 barbells with rounded flatbacks & push in ball ends. Were used for dimple piercings.

I'd prefer to give these to people in person, all SoCal people eligible, but if you live far & would like these sent, that can be worked out for additional shipping charges.

Which one do you like the most? Judge these just by the shape & position of the geisha.

1 - I love the shape of this but I hate the style. She looks sleezy & cartoony. I would like her to be more classy like this one:

2 - I would redraw her to fit right between all the branches & some of the blossoms would fall around her. She is also very cartoony & I would add shading & color.

3 - I love her hairpiece & I like how much of her back is showing, but there are no fans or umbrellas. I don't know how I would fit that. Should I try something like this but include some fans?

4 - This is a good example of the umbrella idea I have. Obviously like #2 I would add shading & color. I don't think I like her holding the fan as well as the umbrella though.

OPINIONS!?!?!?!

So I literally spent 9 hours of my day sewing clothes. Took in like 6 shirts, 3 dresses, & 3 pairs of pants.. including making these awesome high waisted mom jeans into adorable tight fitting skinny jeans with purple zippers!

I'm so awesome. I feel like I just went shopping but I didn't have to spend any money aahah.

So I'm gonna start making purses to sell. Some gitchy ones with little kids screen print on them, like Strawberry shortcake, ninja turtles, Minni Mouse, etc.

If you want me to make you a custom purse, let me know. Or pretty much a custom anything. I love sewing & I love making money in random ways! ahha<3

A cherry blossom tree..

Hopefully getting one of these beauties tattooed on me this week. Upper arm/shoulder. Distorted trunk, very brown, deep pink blossoms, roots showing. I have to talk to the artist & see if she's up for it.

I was indecisive about what I really wanted right now but I am definitely certain as of now. I did so much research on the different types, the way they look, the blooms, coloring, shape.

I don't write much anymore. So busy. I'm going to use the last 30 minutes of my shift to leave an update.

Oona turns 2 next wedesday. We are having her birthday party on Sunday. Come.

I'm so excited it's December. Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year, tied with Halloween. Probably why I love The Nightmare Before Christmas so much!

I'm actually buying Christmas presents this year. Not for a lot of people, but the select few closest to me. I've never been able to afford things before or even felt the need to go out of my way before. This year I just think that people wanted to go out of the way for me because they truly care. It's a nice feeling. I'm excited to give everybody their gifts.

I've been spending every weekend, as well as any other chance I can get, with Chris. He is so incredible it's hard to describe. I'm just so happy. Truly happier, in all accounts, than I've ever been able to say.

I went to Hot Topic headquarters today for a "go see." They liked me. Pretty sure I'll be modeling for their website soon. Looking forward to paid modeling as well as the exposure. I want to model so much more than I'm doing now. But then again I want a lot of things that I don't have access to or time for. Damnit, lol..

Umm, I've been listening to & watching a lot of youtube videos of Tegan & Sara lately. I truly love them so much. & now I can actually tell them apart & I know their little personality differences ahaha. It's fun.

I want to write music & sing & paint etc etc. Too much. I'm just rambling.

I hate that one of my favorite songs on Tegan & Sara's new album is pretty much like a letter that could have been written to me by one of my ex boyfriends. HA. It's so damn accurate.

No matter how over that relationship is, it was the biggest hit of my life at that point. Thus far, back then. But now I have something so much greater, with much more potential. No drama. Nothing overly difficult. You shouldn't have to work so damn hard to make something work.

Like I said, I'm happy. Now.

This wasn't arranged nicely at all. Gosh.

Edit: 11:28 PM - I miss the snow more than ever right now. Christmas doesn't feel like Christmas when it's not Minnesota. When it's not snowing.

A lot of weird coincidences happened today. It's getting odd at this point.

I love coming home on a cold night after a long day with an ache in your bones and stepping into a shower so hot that it leaves your body splotchy pink. You get out of the tub to wrap yourself in an oversized towel, proceeded by a nice clean sweatshirt & a fluffy blanket in bed.

It annoys me when people throw around the word "LOVE."

I have a strict belief that if you are in a relationship, you cannot technically tell someone that you love them, in the romantic way, unless you would literally die for them or you would actually plan on being with that person for the rest of your life.

If you can say that you would give your life to save that person, given that situation were to ever come up, THEN you can truly say that you love them.

Infatuation and excitement about a relationship is all fine & dandy, but mixing that all up with the L word just takes away from the true meaning and the emotional entirety of the saying "I LOVE YOU."

This is not directed at anyone in particular, I've just been seeing it around a lot lately. Had to express my feelings. Don't bother replying negatively because this is a completely valid statement.

23 minutes until I'm off work. Kate will be at my house soon after. Staying probably all week.

Chris & I are now official. I can finally call him my boyfriend.

I would like to quote what I said to him while laying in bed in the dark with him. "You're the closest thing to perfect that I've ever known."

We had a mock marriage on the Tower of Terror at California adventure, then made our relationship officially a "bf gf" status the next day. 11/11/07. Perfect.

I love it when he makes me cry.. out of pure bliss.
